We use BWI for supply of some of our graphic novel and manga material.  Their customer service for set up of new accounts is excellent.  Service for ongoing problems has been good.

The website is easier for public libraries, which is BWI's clientele.  I think we are one of their few large academic customers.

Their website is relatively easy to use.  You can get purchase alerts for categories of materials, but they can't be honed by subject as much as we'd like, again because academic libraries have different needs from public libraries.  We do firm orders as well as having some manga titles/series on standing order.  They have been very supportive of our unusual requests.

Hello- Our Selectors are looking into ordering from a new vendor- BWI. Has anyone good or bad to say about their ordering system and EDI as well as customer service? We are using SD Symphony 3.2.1. If you wish you may reply off list to me. Thanks for any input!
