It is University budget time and my administration was wondering if publishers had lowered their projected price increases for 2009/2010. I had submitted projected price increases back in October so the University is wondering and hoping that the increases are now lower than projected due to the current economy. I have not heard anything along those lines and was curious if anyone else had heard something to this effect.
