We sometimes use DVA (http://www.dvalibrary.com/) for hard to
find/out-of-print videos.
We generally call or e-mail our rep to request stock checks and to make
orders
rather than using their online search/ordering system.

I have a library account with AMI (Alliance Music Index), Webami. They
have a great selection of old and new DVDs at decent prices.

DV&A is geared towards library purchasing, and does often, but not
always, have older titles.
