OLC stands for "Online Learning Center" (p.xii), and
IRCD stands for "Instructor Resource CD-ROM" (p.xiii)
This is just a guess, as I do not have specific information about that particular text.

We have a professor who will be teaching at National Economics University in Hanoi. He will be using "Law for Business" (ISBN 978007296151) as a text book. The coordinator at National Economics University talks about providing access to OLC and IRCD.
Can someone explain what OLC and IRCD is referring to? Thank you for your help.
