ACQNET: Vendor Reliability? Pre-pay from Spanish vendor

Subject:  Vendor Reliability? Pre-pay from Spanish vendor

A faculty member has requested that we order a facsimile from Marina
Le Gallic at M. Moleiro Editor, S.A. in Barcelona SPAIN.  The purchase
cost is $9,240 and requires a pre-publication pre-payment (title due
November 2009).  Have any of you dealt with this particular vendor
and/or similar terms?  If so, what kind of results have you had?
