Subject: Vendor Package Deals

I would like to reevaluate our ordering plans and processes, and I would
like input on vendors (or even tips on reevaluation). We are also looking
at value added services such as shelf-ready items along with narrowing the
number of vendors or changing vendors that we currently use for some of our
plans.
Does anyone have any experiences with vendors that they would like to share
with me? I am looking specifically for customer service issues. I would
also appreciate suggested readings on evaluating acquisitions practices.
