Hello,

Thank you to everyone who responded to my email about Doody's.

We spoke with a real live person and have a print invoice!

In addition -- one of the ACQNET subscribers forwarded my email to Doody's
president.  His voice mail greeted me when I arrived at work this morning.

I'd like to let everyone know that we have had a subscription with Doody's
for a number of years and received excellent service.  It's just one of
those weird automated-system glitches that happens now and again.
