Subject: Cost of housing a book collection

Hello everyone,

I need to find a formula of some sort that will allow me to calculate 
the cost of housing
a book collection. I can find information on the cost of shelves, but 
what I would like to be able
to do is calculate the on-going costs – shifting, shelving, rent. I 
tried LISTA and
Library Literature, but to no avail (lots of reviews of books on housing 
costs,
but nothing on what I need!).

If someone could point me in the right direction - any help would be 
appreciated.
