Subject: RE - Pay-per-view journal service

Are there particular publishers on which you will be focusing? 
We have a pay-per-view set-up with Elsevier that works great. 
They invoice us each month up to a pre-set limit for the year, 
and we can reset the limit if we choose when we get close to it. 
The faculty love the service. Several other publishers have 
the same option.
