Thank you to everyone who responded with our questions about
the Amazon corporate account. We learned much about the account
from the experiences of others.
Sincerely,

Subject: RE - Amazon Corporate Account
We used an Amazon corporate account for a while, but stopped when they
cancelled $1,000 worth of orders over a dispute of about $0.59!
After a couple years we were lured back by a promise of more reasonable
treatment, and an offer of a $500 credit if we could purchase $10,000
worth of material within a year. We were quite skeptical and told the
guy who made us this offer, I remember his name as Tony Small but don't
have contact information anymore, about all our problems in the past.
Somehow he was able to set up our account so that they would continue to
ship material despite outstanding balances.
It seems the problem isn't with Amazon, it is with their corporate
credit department, a part of Citibank. I still heartily dislike their
credit department, but at least I can mostly ignore them.
After many a heated exchange with the credit department, I discovered
that I can access statements and invoices by registering for access at
www.amazoncorporate.accountonline.com. Now, every month I go there and
print the invoices from the latest statement. I can get full-sized
printouts, not the tiny reproductions they sometimes send with the
statement. Unfortunately, I have to wait until a couple of days after
the statement date for the new statement to post on the website. So far
I haven't been able to convince them how much faster they would get
their money if they would send invoices at time of shipment. They don't
care about invoices, only statements, and have said so in as many words.
