Subject:  Summary of results: book vendor recommendations

I sent an email to the list on 2/1/2007 with subject: book vendor recommendations.  
I am writing to summarize the responses I received.

I heard from 4 institutions.  Two give big thumbs up to Rittenhouse, noting their 
responsiveness, easy-to-use website, and quick turnaround time as positives.  Two 
institutions like Matthews due to their responsiveness, noting that they generally 
get responses from their account representative within 24 hours and are friendly to 
do business with.

Thanks to all who responded.  It's not too late to send me feedback about your favorite 
book vendor.  Send replies directly to me.
