Subject: Annual Conversion Rate from Print Monographs to Electronic Format
I want to thank those of you who have supplied us with information on
historical pricing trends for monographs in support of a budget
projection we are preparing for a curriculum proposal involving
providing library materials in the subject areas of genetics/genomics,
public health and nursing.
For that proposal, I would also be interested in knowing who might be
tracking the conversion rate of print monographs to electronic format. I
am interested in past percentage rates 2002-2006, and will need to
project forward 2007-2011 for these subject areas. Surrogate numbers
such as conversion rate for medical books, or STM books might suffice.
Thank you in advance for your advice and help! kst
