Subject: Evaluating standing order/continuation service

Hi all,

Has anyone out there ever evaluated the service you receive for
continuations/standing orders? It occurs to me that we have not gauged
the efficacy of our service that we receive, and therefore, do not know
if we are getting "good" service. Any ideas for criteria to be
evaluated? How or what to measure?

I'd appreciate any thoughts from those that have undertaken such a
task.

Thanks,

Jane
