Are you a medium-sized academic health sciences library?  
Do you have a book vendor for approval and firm orders that you really like?

Is their customer service excellent,
Is their billing accurate,
Can they provide medical and peripheral material promptly,
Is their return policy easy,
Do they have a great online system?

If you have a book vendor that you would recommend, please email me off 
list and tell me what it is about them that you like.
