Subject:  Statistics for annual reports

Hey all,

What kind of statistics do y'all include on your annual reports?  I'm
updating how we write ours and am curious to see what other libraries
do. I've found a few excellent samples on the web, but only a few.  If
you don't mind, I'd also like to know what ILS product from which the
statistics are pulled. If you'd like to reply directly to me, I'll
summarize for anyone who is interested.
