The APA website has an excellent webpage entitled Finding Information
About Psychological Tests.

However, if the test is not commercially available,
the authors are the sources for the test and
results interpretation. They often like to talk
directly to the individual who wishes to use the test.
Another approach I have used is to search PsycInfo to
find recent articles published by other authors who
have used the testbased on the test, and contact them.

Hello,
We have tried without success to obtain the following psychological
questionnaire (complete version):
WEINBERGER ADJUSTMENT INVENTORY (developed in the late 1980's) by
Prof. Daniel A. Weinberger
and Gary E. Schwartz. I have tried contacting the authors, but to no
avail: no reply from Prof. Weinberger and
Prof. Schwartz does not have a copy.
I would appreciate any advice on where or how to obtain a copy of
this instrument.
