Subject:  Looking for supplies of Weinberger Adjustment Inventory

Hello,

We have tried without success to obtain the following psychological 
questionnaire (complete version):
WEINBERGER ADJUSTMENT INVENTORY (developed in the late 1980's) by Prof. 
Daniel A. Weinberger
and Gary E. Schwartz. I have tried contacting the authors, but to no 
avail:  no reply from Prof. Weinberger and
Prof. Schwartz does not have a copy.
I would appreciate any advice on where or how to obtain a copy of this 
instrument.
