Subject: Questions for serial vendors

Hello,

In a few weeks we will be hosting representatives from major serials 
vendors who are bidding for our business.  We already
have their written responses to our rfp.  We are trying to devise a 
scripted set of additional questions to bring forward during
the presentations.  I am hoping someone out there has recently gone 
through this process and has a list of suggested questions
they would be willing to share with me.  These can be questions you 
devised prior to the on-site visits, or questions that grew
out of the presentations.

As usual, please reply to me personally.  I would appreciate any help I 
can get.
