http://www.latambooks.com/. The website is very easy to use and lets 
libraries use a purchase
order to place orders. Also, I have spoken to them on the phone and they 
will guide you

I have a faculty member requesting materials published in Costa 
Rica and Guatemala.  It has been years since we had such similar 
requests.  Can anyone out there in Acquisitions land
recommend a good domestic supplier of Central and South American 
publications?
