Good afternoon everyone,

Has anyone had experience dealing with a vendor named 
The Digital Record, Inc.  They produce CD recordings of professional
conference proceedings...including Internet Librarian, etc. 

<><>They have a website with all kinds of contact information.  I have
called (several numbers), emailed and faxed them with a few questions.
I have never received a response.  They do have an online ordering option,
but I'm hesitant to provide credit card info to a vendor who doesn't 
respond
to customer questions.  <> 

Curious, I did a search of corporations in Virginia and California
(the two locations mentioned on the web site).  The Virginia corporation
was "terminated".  I could not locate the California corporation. <> 

Can anyone give positive or negative feedback on these people?
