ACQNET: Approval slip programs for books from Latin America

Subject: Approval slip programs for books from Latin America

Fellow Acqnetters,

Do any of  you have an approval slip plan established with a reliable 
vendor for books from Latin America? 
My library is looking to get one set up, fairly quickly, and I can't 
find anyone who seems to be doing this. 
I can find lots of places where I can firm order books, but not anywhere 
that does anything like an approval
or especially a slip plan.  Any assistance anyone can provide would be 
most appreciated.
