ALA/ALCTS has an online Fundamentals of Acquisitions course that they offer
at least quarterly. Usually there are two trainers and at least for one
of these
courses, one trainer was at George Washington University. Julie Reese
is the contact
for these courses. See:
http://www.ala.org/ala/alcts/alctsconted/alctsceevents/webcourses/alctsfundamentals.htm

Julie's contact information is at the bottom of the page.

Hi,
Does anyone out there know of any acquisitions related workshops? Or,
are you, yourself, a
presenter of an acquisitions related workshop and maybe interested in
traveling to the Washington,
DC metro area? If so, please contact me!

Thanks,
Mykie Howard
