Our library finds itself in the position of seeking a new small press 
and speciality vendor. <>
Can anyone suggest a vendor who would... <>

A..  Fulfill 30 days net on our behalf small press, etc. domestic, 
Canadian and possibly also
European imprints at list price plus a negotiated flat fee or per cent 
surcharge per line item, and/or

B.  Fulfill on our behalf both print and media items that require 
prepayment via other means than
pro forma invoicing (.e., wherein the content producer requires the use 
of credit cards, Paypal, etc.)
at list price plus a negotiated flat fee or per cent surcharge per line 
item?
