Thank you, to all of you who responded to my inquiry regarding 
Bunny Books.  While my question was not about how to go about 
requesting a refund from Amazon, I do appreciate your responses. 
This is the first time I've experienced this type of situation with an 
online order, even from Amazon, so I really curious as to whether 
anyone else had dealt with this seller.
 
I think this situation highlights one of the  negatives about 3rd party 
online transactions, when the only method of contact is via email.  
I've voiced my concern to Amazon and will be a bit more careful in 
the future.
