Vicki, I have had only good interactions with W.T. Cox, up
to the point of using them. Unfortunately, one hospital I had
worked for decided to close the library and we didn't use them.
It had been a vendor in the library where I now am, and there
had been no complaints of any kind, but it was changed before
I came due to online services Cox didn't offer at the time.

I have worked with a woman named Shannon Caison who was
wonderful in providing an estimate of what our subscriptions
would be, explaining all the details. This is only a beginning, but at
this point, Cox was excellent. If they follow through as well,
they will be a good agency.
