Subject: Teachers' Curriculum Collection Shelving

I am searching for appropriate shelving (and its sources of funding) to update
the storage mechanisms for our curriculum materials collection, which we call
our Teachers Resource Collection (TRC). It contains materials like textbooks,
board games, puzzles, and anything else that a student teacher would use in the
classroom. At this point, all materials are on the same type of shelving as the rest
of the collection, which, as one can imagine, is a nightmare in terms of shelving,
storage, and preservation of unusually-sized books and non-book materials.

Now the questions:

What methods have other libraries devised to store these types of materials?

What funding sources could I look into for assistance with paying for updated

storage?

Is there a better electronic discussion list to which to direct this question?
