Subejct: Cost of Acquisitioning
"Cost of Acquisitioning" is the phrase used in a document the UH Library
at Manoa is preparing for FEMA for flood reimbursement.
Cost of acquisitioning refers to all actions taken by a selector prior to
submission of a purchase request to the acqusitions department. What are
the actions taken and how much time is required?
If you have computed the cost of acquistioning or can refer me to a study,
I would greatly appreciate your help.
Sincerely,
Thelma Diercks, Head
Acquisitions Department
