I frequently use Advanced Book Exchange at abebooks.com for
locating items. Most of the used book dealers list their phone
numbers so you can call with a credit card number if you like.
Also, Ingram Books has a "hard to find" service that works well
for me. Many of the items they've shipped have come from Alibris,
but not all of them.
