Subject:  Usage Data/Cuts in Library Materials

I'm wondering if any of you have any information about gathering and 
incorporating usage data into
plans for making cuts in library materials?  Do any of you incorporate a 
weighting system for
usage data and other criteria to use as a model for future cuts?  Do any 
of you use usage data as
the sole criterion for making cuts?  Do any of you know of a model or 
software program that incorporates
usage data for making cuts?  Any information will be appreciated and I 
would be happy to summarize
