Subject: Question for former Franklin Book Company approval customers

Hello,
We were a Franklin Book Company customer. A shipment of approval
books was invoiced and shipped to us after the company closed its doors
officially on September 27. We would prefer to return the titles we
rejected for our collection; however, FBC is accepting no returns, so we
will have to pay for them.

Is anyone else in this position? If so, what have you done with
your returns that you couldn't return? Added them to your collection
anyway? Offered them for sale somehow? Offered them to other libraries?

Thanks in advance for your response. --Bea Caraway
