Subject: RE- How to avoid U.S. custom fees

I created an in-house summary for collection managers explaining how
and why U.S. Customs search and brokerage fees have increased, and
how these differ from duty and tax charges. If anyone is interested
in a copy, please contact me directly.

Help! Is there a way to avoid US custom fees for foreign books
we acquired? I wonder if there is some kind of form which we
can fill in and claim that those materials are for "nonprofit,
educational use." Any advices will be welcome.
