Subject: Opening Day Collections

Early this fall we will be writing an RFP for vendors to provide
opening day collections for two existing branches that will be
moving to bigger spaces. The RFP will cover print and AV materials
totaling about $200,000. We are actually augmenting collections
that already exist rather creating new ones. Would anyone with
experience in this area be willing to share ideas about what we
should be thinking about and/or provide examples of RFPs?

Thanks for the help.
