ACQNET: VideoLib list - has it moved?

have attempts to sign on to the list.  If anyone knows anything about 
this list and its status, please

A couple of weeks ago someone mentioned an AV list.   I tried to join,
but the listproc said it was an unknown list.  Does anyone know if this
list might have moved or changed names?
