Hello all;

Our library has recently started to experiment with collection
development by faculty. We are calling this a cluster arrangement. 
We are having issues in trying to even out the workloads by teaching
demands and selection demands. Are there any other libraries out there
trying something like this?  If so, could you share some of your
experiences?
