We use Aleph. It's very customizable and we love it.

We currently use Endeavor's Voyager System, having migrated from DRA. We
are part of the Illinet Consortium, so we have a substantial database of
bibliographic records that we share and use in the Acquisitions Process.
The system has a reasonably good fund accounting system and, if it is
properly configured with ledgers and funds, allows for adequate reporting
capabilities. However, there are some glitches and shortcomings that can
be very frustrating at times, particularly as relates to its impact on
the Online catalog. We are told that they are working on refining the
system in the hope that some of these problems can be worked out, but we
are not holding our collective breath. Our director is very unhappy with
all of the various modules and would replace the system for a stand-alone.
However, we are getting the books ordered, budgets tracked, and reports
generated.

Hope this helps. Good luck.
