Subject: Gale Group--to proforma or not to proforma

Hi there,

I'm thinking of switching to a proforma invoice w/Gale, which is our entire
year's worth of business paid all at once, instead of paying an invoices
each
time a standing order piece comes in. The person I talked to said that the
benefits are that the price is locked in and that the shipping is free. It
would also be a good time saver for my staff person who pays the invoices.
I was wondering if anybody had any feelings for/against Gale proformas
verses single invoices.

Thanks,
Mykie Howard
