ACQNET: Chinese and Japanese Language Approval Plans

Subject:  Chinese and Japanese Language Approval Plans

I'm looking for recommendations of vendors who will 
set up approval plans for Chinese and Japanese language 
materials.  If you have plans set up for these languages 
for receiving books or notifications, I'd like to hear 
about your experience.
