Subject: 3M Hub Targets and DCD2's

Hi,
My name is Judy Osier and I'm the acquisitions person (buying,
not selecting) for the Neenah Public Library in Neenah, WI. (Find Green
Bay on the map and follow down the Fox River SSE about 35 miles). My
question for you all is, have any of your libraries had any experience,
good or bad, with using 3M Hub Targets on your DVDs? I've been asked to
ask you all and find out what you have to say. 3M suggests using their
product DCD2 (a circular plastic overlay embedded with two parallel
security strips). We are trying to find a less expensive way of
protecting our DVD collection without purchasing the much more expensive

security cases. Any insights you can provide will be appreciated.
