ACQNET: Inflation factors in vendor contracts

Subject: ACQNET: Inflation factors in vendor contracts

Our county board will automatically add a percentage to our 
materials budget to cover inflation each year if there is 
something about inflation factors in the contracts we have
with booksellers.  Our contracts currently focus on discounts
and services only, so I'm not sure how to add something about 
inflation.  Has anyone done this?  Would you be willing to
share the wording?
