Subject: Taipei Ricci Institute

Does anyone have experience ordering from the Taipei Ricci Institute of
Taipei, Taiwan? Our acquisitions coordinator wishes to order an item,
but the Institute is requiring prepayment before sending the item. The
item cost is high ($800.00). Because we have no experience with this
vendor, we are reluctant to prepay such a considerable amount. If anyone
can share information we would be most grateful.
