Hello,

We have received a tax windfall more than doubling our collection's 
budget.  Consequently we are knee deep in reviewing our collection and 
associated processes. I have contacted the HAPLR [Hennen's American 
Public Library Ratings -- ed.] top ten for libraries serving populations 
over 50,000 and need more contacts for additional questions.

If you can help, I would love to hear from you. Thanks in advance for 
your assistance.
