Hello,

One of our nearby public libraries prepaid an order to a vendor named
C.C. Ward and Associates in St. Louis, last spring. Their check was
cashed, but no product (a business assistance guide) was ever delivered.

They have left messages, etc. with no reply. The last address/phone #
that we had for them was 4370 McPherson Avenue, St. Louis, MO (314)
533-9273. Does anybody have any experience with them, or know what has
become of them? We ordered a similar directory from them about five
years ago, with good results.
