Subject:  Gift videos

I apologize if this has been discussed before, but I am looking for some

guidance here.  How do you handle gifts of videorecordings?  Some have
packaging clearly identifying as sold for "home use" only, while others
do not have such statements.  If there is any question as to whether
limited viewing rights were included in the purchase, do you reject the
gift?  Do you add it with viewing restrictions?
