Subject: RE - Selling LP Collections

I can tell you who NOT to use. We sold part of our collection to RHINO
and
although they did send the packing materials and paid for the postage
which
was almost $400.00, when they got the records they told us that they had
no
value and refused to pay us. Common sense will tell you if they sold
the
1500 records we sent them for $1.00 apiece they would have still made a
nice
profit. We were ripped off, in my opinion.

E-Bay is good, as you can put the titles and performers in a list.
Two other good sites are:
http://ioffer.com/
I like this one because it is not an auction. Prices are negotiable
between
the buyer and seller. No waiting for an auction to end.
and also:
http://half.com is another good one.

and of course Yahoo.auctions.

The trick is that the more places that you list your items the better
chance
you have of selling them. HOWEVER this means more places that have to
be
maintained whenever you sell an item.

Good luck
