ACQNET: Master directory of motion pictures?

Hello,
I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this reference source.  A
company
called "Cinebooks" used to produce this great set, _The Motion Picture
Guide_.
For years we received annual updates, then the updates suddenly stopped.

Recently, I received a fax order form from a company called "History,
Inc."
claiming they are taking over where Cinebooks left off and are now
producing a set
called _The Master Directory of Motion Pictures_.  Has anyone ever
actually seen
or even heard of this reference set?  I've tried to find info on the
company "History, Inc."
without any luck.

Any information is appreciated...as well as any suggestions on a good
replacement
for _The Motion Picture Guide_.
