I have good success with Baker & Taylor, Amazon and Barnes and Noble
(We have corporate accounts with these two so we don't have to pay by
credit
card) for books in French, Spanish and Italian.   They do have
children's
books as well.

I use a vendor here in Miami for hard to find books. They are very, very
good.
