Subject: International Directory of Pharmaceutical Companies
We are considering purchasing a directory called the International
Directory of Pharmaceutical Companies, which is published by
Asia Pacific InfoServ, GPO Box 2987, Sydney 2001 Australia.
Because I have never heard of this company and they are requiring
a significant prepayment for the directory, I'm wondering if any
of you know anything about this publisher or this directory.
The publisher claims to make the directory available "on demand"
in print or CD-ROM. I cannot find the title in OCLC, even though
it's been available for at least six months. Please let me know if
you have any further information that would speak to the reliability
of this publisher or the quality of this publication.
