I tried to reply directly to Karen Assar regarding her request
for assistance in contacting edudex.com, but the e-mail address
was rejected.   I am responding to the list instead.

We have ordered from Edudex a few times.  As far as I can remember, we
haven't had any problems.  Maybe I have different phone numbers than
you...I didn't have an "800" number for them.
