I would appreciate hearing about your experience in the following:

1. At what point is information passed between your Library acquisitions & 
Institutional Finance systems - order, invoice etc
2. What information is typically exported at these stages
3. What arrangements/procedures would you recommend be in place 
between Library & Finance systems
