Subject: Gifts with Restrictions

A person wants to provide us with rare & secret documents on gift basis.He
stipulated that these documents must not be announced or catalogued before
four years from the date of his death. During this period the documents must
be in a closed container. The person is specialized in International Law and
he was a consultant to many Arab countries. Please advise if you have ever
had a similar situation.
